All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to a week or so for processing and shipping, although items are shipped as soon as possible. If buyer would like to arrange expedited delivery service, we will accommodate at buyers’ expense. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we'll do our best to resolve the situation. ​ Each item is inspected, cleaned and safely packaged. A jewelry cleaning cloth is included with each order. You may use this on all jewelry to remove tarnish and dirt. Do Not wash the cloth. It contains a cleaning ingredient. As used, it will appear soiled however, remains effective.

All metals are silver or gold filled over different kinds of base metals. Every effort has been made to avoid nickel as many people find they are allergic. If you know you are, please let me know and I will either change to a different finding or you may return for a full refund.
